I
got the chance to work with an awesome illustrator named Annie Koelle
on this one. Working with an illustrator is always fun. They are an
extra set of artistic eyes to bounce your work off of and they are
equally committed to making sure the finished product is awesome. No
exception here. The best part was when I got to stylize Jenny's promo
photo to feel sketchy and posterized to mimic the cover illustration
for the liner notes. The second best part was when Discmakers (who
printed it) said they loved the design so much that they wanted to
use it in their marketing materials! |
